Brick octagonal summerhouse dating from about 1750, built for Sir Thomas Clavering of Stella Hall Image A Grade II Listed Building https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1025180 Stella Hall was demolished in 1955 http://isee.gateshead.gov.uk/info.php?s=stella+hall&type=exact&t=objects although the lodge house still remains Image Summerhill and Stella Meadows are owned and managed by Gateshead Council.
