This is the A41. On the right is the main entrance to the former Samuel Edge and Son shoe factory, built in 1914. The current operation retains the name of Edge, but is not family owned. It deals with imports from the far east (mainly) and is run by a wholesaler and on-line retailer formed in 1995, who took over this site after 2002.
