Aka St John's Chambers. Lofty offices clad in white tiles (thanks to Glyn Gowans for this information), essentially Classical, with giant Ionic pilasters, swags and wreaths, but playing rather fast and loose with the rules. Some of the details look slightly Art Deco. So, probably inter-war. Office space being advertised to let. In front is a K6 phone box.
