"An imposing quadrant corner block balancing the Berni Royal Hotel and facing Bath Spa Station" http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-445484-13-and-14-bath , which gives the date as circa 1845. The whole building is more clearly shown in Image On the right is Manvers Street.
