Part of Holmes Hill Estate that was converted from an area of old farm buildings into a small business park that now contains a furniture showroom, a pottery painting centre, this cafe and a soon to be opened farm shop. There is an outside seating area and play area though it was still snow covered during my visit and only used by the number of wandering birds belonging to the neighbouring Image This peacock was one of a couple I saw wandering around the place.
