Taken in February 2008; I was lucky in my timing when I visited the "Whip" as of course, only three months later the state of the vessel was damaged once more. During Ted Sutton's 1997 survey, "Whip" was structurally complete - port, starboard, bow, stern, upper decking, everything but her mast was in-situ...however it is clear to see how much of a difference only 11 years made in this case.
