This building, on the corner of Clarendon Avenue and Kenilworth Road served as an hotel and restaurant over the years but has recently been converted into flats. Its slightly asymmetric design is because it was originally intended to be the end of grand terrace development, extending to the left, as part of a regency square around Christchurch Gardens.
