The five shops on the left are part of a site at 125-139 Newtownards Road offered for sale as “Superb development opportunity currently comprising of 7 No. retail units and 3 No. flats . . . . . ripe for redevelopment and full Planning Permission has been obtained for 15 No. apartments and 1 No. double retail unit. Total site area approx 0.0465 hectares (0.115 acres).” This photograph appears as a matter of historical and geographical record only. I have no connection with anyone involved in the sale.
