Image: © Stephen Richards Taken: 24 Jul 2011

Warehouse by Alfred Waterhouse, 1872-75. Red brick, stone dressings like stripes and a roofline of gables and Elizabethan chimneys which provides a contrast, as Pevsner remarks, "to all the Italianate cornices hereabouts." Grade II listed. This is Chinatown so the ground floor is a Chinese restaurant.
