After several years with only part of the generating capacity being used, and months of inactivity, Cockenzie power station is running at full capacity. Coal trains are frequent visitors to the coal depot. The reason for the revival of the power station is unknown. Usually it means that either of the nuclear stations is down, or there are problems with Longannet. The wind has been blowing! In the foreground is a successful car wash business. It is threatened by the development of the boatyard as high density housing.
