Former warehouse by J.W. Beaumont, 1895. The corner entrance is canted, granite columns at street level and hexagonal turret at the top. Two large elaborately-framed arched windows to the right, no doubt for displaying wares. Grade II listed. It has been converted into offices, as usual space to let was being advertised.
