There is a photo from the same location here Image A country house designed around an earlier C17th house by John Dobson in 1813 for Ralph Riddell (in whose family it still remains) and includes the attached Roman Catholic chapel of St Francis Xavier. The gardens were laid out in an early C19th picturesque style and feature an arbor framed by the re-used door from the earlier house (dated 1694), restored herbaceous borders, greenhouse, parterre garden, and a sunken Victorian cave walk.
