Located alongside the A48 in the Vale of Glamorgan village of St Nicholas. The postbox dates from the reign of King George V (1910-1936). Almost all of its black base seems to have sunk into the ground. Or it may be that resurfacings during several decades have raised the level of the pavement around the postbox.
