Pevsner notes this as an "early example of the concrete idiom of the 1960s". It was built in 1961 by Douglas Stephen and Parios Koulermos. It has shops, offices and, at the top, flats. Conspicuous stair-tower and flats, recessed in a concrete grid so that the projecting balconies are flush with the outside.
