Over the weekend of 21/22 January 2012, the A217 at the top of Reigate Hill was closed to enable the removal of a temporary bridge that had been installed 6 months previously alongside Reigate Hill footbridge, while the footbridge was refurbished (see Image for view of the temporary bridge when first installed in July 2011). In this view on the Saturday, preparations are in place for the removal of the temporary bridge.
