Swindon Borough Council's Household Waste Recycling Centre at Darby Close on the Cheney Manor Industrial Estate is open to the public every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day, and accepts for recycling glass, cans, paper, textiles, cardboard, electrical household products including fridges and freezers, personal computers, scrap metal, DIY waste and hardcore, wood, garden waste, plastic waste, batteries, and general household waste.
