Standing on high ground, this water tower to the south of Droitwich is a prominent landmark being visible from a considerable distance. The tower, which is 110 feet high, was constructed in 1962, at a cost of £35,000; it was built for the East Worcestershire Waterworks Co. The tanks hold 150,000 gallons of water. It is also a popular structure for the erection of phone transmitters.
