Cannon or Goose Wood

Woodland in the centre is called Cannon Wood on maps, but is called Goose Wood in the Inventory of Ancient Woodlands. Taken from Castle Hill where there is a huge earthwork - presumably the remains of the castle. Symington Mains Farm can also be seen.
