The northern entrance to the Hartshead building at Tameside General Hospital used to be the main entrance for out-patient clinics and visitors to some wards. See the 2009 view: Image Since then the main entrance has now moved to a new building Hartshead South Image Hartshead North however remains the favoured entrance for people arriving by bus.
