Garden of Remembrance in commemoration of those who gave their lives in two world wars. It was opened by Councillor Mrs Moores on 22nd May 1958 http://www.pittdixon.go-plus.net/denton/garden-rem.htm . The centrepiece is a sculpture "Broken Sword" Image
