That seems to be the current name. A low curtain-walled block facing the street and, behind and perpendicular, a much larger curtain-walled slab with bulky service tower. Empty at the time of the photo and seemingly living on borrowed time. Buildings of this vintage - 1960s/1970s - are very unpopular and vulnerable.
