Ebullient affair in red brick, yellow stone and yellow terracotta. Ornate windows with keystones and shouldered architraves, round windows, emphatic cornice, and stripy chimneys in keeping. By Charles Heathcote, 1903-04. Grade II listed. It was built for a federation of Temperance societies. The ground floor is currently occupied by a model shop, and a, ahem, licensed restaurant.
