Dated 1896. It's perfectly fine as far as it goes, but there is insufficient drama in the long low facade. It needs a greater vertical accent or some contrasting expression. Grade II listed. Built for the Inland Revenue, but recently converted, or being converted into a mixed-use development, offices and shops.
