Located at 49-53 Commercial Road. Opened as a Wetherspoon pub in December 2002. In the early history of Hereford, the central area around the cathedral was the Bishop's Fee, or property. The rest of the area within the city walls was the King's Fee. There is no apostrophe in the pub's name. The Hop Pole http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1563274 is next door.
