Addoldy yr annibynwyr trefn y moddion. Welsh Independent chapel in Broad Street. A fine and extremely well-kept chapel in a most surprising location. Capel Coffa is an abbreviation for the Welsh coffadwriaethol or memorial, and an inscribed stone shows the dedication to the Venerable Arthur Jones born Llanrwst, Independent Minister, 1776-1860. The stone was dedicated in 1902 and that could also be the date of the chapel.
