The driveway continues as a path down to the Clyde flood plain through attractive woodland. One of the less attractive aspects of woodland is that pieces of tree can fall off and trash your fence. The damage is from a storm on 3rd January 2012 which was very destructive - my (soon to be ex-) insurers have already bumped up my premiums. I have yet to venture out to see what damage was done in another gale which has just passed.
