A post-war office block which is not at all run of the mill. "Strongly modelled and striking with tall angled service towers ... with ranks of boxed-out windows. Cladding throughout is bronze patinated aluminium and blue-bronze Staffordshire brick or mosaic." (Pevsner). By Brett & Pollen, 1969, for London Assurance Ltd. Grade II listed.
