No doubt another one of Manchester's countless former warehouses. Dated 1904 at the top. Terracotta-clad ground floor, red brick above, paired windows divided by giant piers and at the top a decorative gable with an obelisk thrusting through the top. Looks as if it has recently been refurbished as offices (and christened the 'Merchant Exchange Building').
