Outstanding former warehouse by Charles Clegg, 1883. Stone ground floor, red brick above, oriel windows at the corners, a cornice with elaborate brackets and prominent chimneys. The listing describes the colour of the brick as 'blood red'. Grade II listed. It is one of a sequence of particularly fine warehouses on this street, each occupying a whole block.
