Cornerstone Pentecostal Church is located on Fothergill Street. A translation of the Welsh inscription in stone on the building shows that it was built as Libanus Welsh Baptist Church in 1841, rebuilt in 1846. A modern-day notice on the wall states: "The Church That Doesn't Care We don't CARE... Who you are Where you've been What you've done There's a welcome for you here on Sundays at 11am & 6pm.
