Lifted tiles after the storm of 3rd January 2012. The wind is still blowing strongly two days on and it is very difficult making repairs and restoring power to thousands who are still disconnected. The houses were built on the site of a salt store in 2006. There are plans to go high rise with a housing scheme by the harbour. Apart from trashing a valuable amenity this is plain stupid in our climate. I feel constrained in giving my true feelings about a potential employer, but there are council elections in May. A certain party with a three letter acronymn need not chap on my door.
