Situated on the site of the former White Lion pub in Penmachno. St Tudcluds church is in the background. The newest (brightest) of the benches was given by the family and friends of Lance Corporal Robert Martin Richards ('Rambo' to his friends) a Royal Marine who died on 27 May 2009 of injuries sustained in Central Helmand, Afghanistan. 'Rambo', a local, played for the local football team - Machno United.
