A 16 storey building, completed in 1969 to a design by Arup Associates. The building was extensive refurbished between 2007-9, at a cost of £42 million. External signs of the refurbishment new windows following failure of the glazing system, the installation of solar shading the south facades of the two towers, and the aluminium clad stair and lift towers. The building is listed.
