A pair of Victorian warehouses in a similar vein. The details are based on Venetian Gothic, most conspicuously in the entrances and top floor windows. Both by George Corson, 1859. Grade II listed. Two of several C19th warehouse survivals in the street. Number 17 (Churchill House), on the left, was built for Thomas Pawson, a woollen manufacturer; number 19 for John Sykes & Son.
