This double-aperture postbox stands on Southampton Road, fortuitously almost directly outside the town's main post office - the office moved into Martin's Newsagent a couple of doors from here, four or five years ago. It is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at 12:45pm on Saturdays.
