This view along Fore Street looking towards Market Street on December 5th 2011 shows the town hall encased in protective netting. Work on repairing potentially dangerous stonework is almost complete. Internally, the building has been extended and revamped. The building, now renamed the Civic Centre, is scheduled to open in 5 days, on December 10th 2011.
