The meta-silhouette in Image is made up of these miniature silhouettes. If you look very closely at each one, you can see that in turn it too is made up of thousands of even smaller silhouettes of Sherlock Holmes ... and so on, until eventually you run into a Higgs boson (possibly) http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/2011/dec/13/higgs-boson-glimpsed-cern-scientists.
