Loughborough Station and Falcon Works

Loughborough Station has just had extensions to the platforms, a new footbridge (from where this photograph was taken) and works to the car parking arrangements. To the right is the Falcon Works of Brush Electrical Machines. The company has been established here since 1889 and it is nice to see evidence that British manufacturing is not completely dead.
