View northward, towards Sheffield: ex-Midland main lines from London, Derby etc. to Sheffield, Leeds etc., junction of Hope Valley line from Manchester. Stanier 'Jubilee' 6P 4-6-0 No. 45654 'Hood' (built 1/65, withdrawn 6/66) is on the 16.08 service from Sheffield to Derby: the Manchester line branched off at the extreme left.
