Listed by English Heritage as 18th century, and brick built, the local Wolds Historical Organisation website http://www.hoap.co.uk/who/index.htm records it as late 16th/early 17th century and as having a cruck frame. This information may well have surfaced after the listing which dates from 1984. Listed Grade II.
