Sign on the wall of the former Swan Pub Image which is now closed. The centre for Useless Splendour is something to do with Kingston University art students http://blogs.kingston.ac.uk/fada/2010/11/19/the-centre-for-useless-splendour-invites-you%E2%80%A6/ but whether they still meet splendidly at this sad and boarded up venue is unclear. It doesn't seem likely.
