Tailgating the tipper truck, the driver of the white Mini decided to overtake on the gently curving left-hand bend without checking for a clear road. The oncoming driver can be seen flashing his headlights as he tries to avoid a head-on collision. Our vehicle was already braking in anticipation of it as the oncoming car had been visible at a distance. The photograph was taken around 1pm on December 7th, 2011. The Mini's registration was X21 SGL.
