Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Folkestone and Hythe District Council under application number Y10/0800/SH for "the provision of a first floor balcony, a second floor juliet balcony and the installation of two dormer windows to the roof slope at the second floor, all to the rear (east) elevation". This is a view of the house from Coast Road. This view of Image shows the house after the balconies had been added.
