A rather strange concept. How could one use a rented chimney - a kiln, perhaps, if one was into pottery. The brickworks at Stewartby ceased brickmaking in 2008. There are four of these chimneys still remaining - an earlier photo by Jean Flannery [1959] Image shows about 20 chimneys in full action.
