Pantyffynnon station, being viewed from a short distance down the "Brynamman branch" (closed to public services in 1964). Today, the only passenger service that this station serves is the Heart of Wales service which runs from Swansea to Shrewsbury. The first service of the day can be seen just leaving the station towards Swansea. A previous picture submitted Image shows the line in the foreground to be quite derelict but work has been conducted to maintain and restore the line in recent times.
