Unlike my when I took my previous PotY weekly winning picture http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2669890 , this morning by the time I had parked and made my way back to the viewpoint (which took 3 minutes or so) the beautiful pale thin mist I had seen from the car had pretty much evaporated.
