Viewed on the approach through the trees - the works (marked on the 1:25k map) appears to be some sort of garden centre. I didn't stop - too far to go, too many photos to take. Beyond (north of) this point the footpath changes from a metalled lane to a squelch through the woods. I had to carry my bike.
