Wooden sign on the side of the roundabout junction of the B269 Limpsfield Road and the A2022 Rectory Park (on the right). Below the sign is ER 1953 and a small metal plaque which reads "This plaque commemorates the Silver Jubilee of H.M. Queen Elizabeth II 1952-1977 and the Golden Jubilee of the Sanderstead Residents Association 1926 - 1976"
