The attractive village sign for Dyke is found on the small triangular green where Main Road bends round to become Dyke Drove. It depicts a river with a bridge, sheep, a windmill, sunshine and the Domesday Book of 1086. The detail can be seen at http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2694370
