A block of 16 flats located between Nantgarw Road and Morgan Jones Park. The flats are named after Morgan Jones MP who was imprisoned during the First World War for being a conscientious objector. He was the first conscientious objector to be elected to the UK parliament, winning the Caerphilly seat as a Labour candidate in a 1921 by-election.
